It's finally happened. Someone I know has lost a loved on in Iraq.
I am very active in Solo Ops an online forum for military wives. One girl who I talk to often through our blogs there lost her man in the most recent Black Hawk downing. No words seem adequate to describe my sorrow.
Honestly, I am surprised that our forum has been this lucky so far not to have a casualty. This just hits too close to home for me.
